At some stage during your workout you reach a point at which you feel like giving up and it becomes a real battle to continue. Sometimes, all you need is the right encouragement and you soon find that extra burst of energy to give it just a little more!
When training alone, it is hard to find that 'extra burst' of energy and you usually feel like giving up much before you are ready to. One of the many reasons that I love F45 Training at The Ponds is because each time I workout, with the encouragement of the trainers and the wonderful team of people you train alongside, you find that 'extra burst' each and every time. I mean, you definitely feel it and sometimes, just one extra rep feels like the hardest thing to do, but you push yourself and you make it.
Everyone is different, but personally moving from solo to group training has been a small change with a powerful difference. Training becomes much more enjoyable (even fun sometimes!) and you actually feel motivated to train and improve.
Group training for some can be extremely daunting, but at F45 Training The Ponds, you can be sure that turning up for your first session will be the hardest part. Irrespective of your fitness level, you will be welcomed by lovely trainers, Susie & Emanuel and the fear of group training will disappear.
If it doesn’t, trust me, by the end your first set you will probably be so exhausted it will not even cross your mind ;)

With all this being said, Susie & Emanuel at F45 understand that we all have different goals and that our bodies work at different paces. So, whilst this is group training, the focus is still on your own individual progress! Don't be mistaken, the group training environment will not distract the trainers from making sure that you are doing your exercises correctly. They will also make sure that you don't slack off!!
