✔ 1 tbs MCT oil or coconut oil
✔ 1-2 tbs pea protein (vanilla flavour)
✔ 1tbs tahinihandful frozen raspberries
✔ 1 tbs chia seeds - topping

Here’s a little smoothie recipe that I whipped up yesterday. Here’s how it rolled:
1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 10-20 secs or until smooth
2. Add some crunchy topping – cocao nibs, chia or nuts
