Prep Time: 5 Min
✔ 200 mls coconut cream (nut milk if preferred)
✔ 1 tbs tahini
✔ 1-2 tbs pea protein (vanilla flavour)
✔ 1/4 banana1 tbs MCT oil
✔ 1 tbs (more if desired) cocao
✔ 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
✔ handful ice
✔ 1 tsp nuts/seeds/buckwheat/cocao nibs/chia?hemp seeds -toppings

Here’s how it rolled:
Chuck all the ingredients into a blender and process for 10-15 secs or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with some crunch (cocao nibs, nuts or hemp seeds)
