Love these!! The kids will lap these little treats up, and are great for a post-workout snack. You can pour this into ice cube trays or simply pour onto baking paper and chill.
2 tbs coconut oil
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup coconut syrup or raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cocao powder
1 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs activated buckwheat kernels
2 tbs petitasoptional
2 tbs hemp seeds
In a small saucepan melt the coconut oil on a low heat, add the tahini and honey and combine thoroughly. Add the cocao powder, cinnamon, vanilla and seeds and stir well. Once fully combined remove from the heat. Pop the mixture in ice cube trays (try using some novelty ones – kids love them). Chill for 1 hour in the freezer. Remove and enjoy.
